We understand that for most patients it takes a lot of courage to show up in their dentist's office to have a tooth pulled. We also understand that it is just natural to have tons of questions and concerns before the procedure. In our office, we do everything we can to make your experience as stress-free as possible.

1. Safety always first. We never take any tooth extraction lightly. We thoroughly examine your medical history prior to the procedure and make sure it is safe for you to have the surgery.
2. Virtually pain-free extraction. Our dentist is very proud of his anesthesia technique and never starts the procedure unless complete anesthesia is achieved. For patients with severe anxiety, oral sedation is usually prescribed prior to the appointment.
3. Minimally invasive procedure. Our doctor is very conservative and always tries to achieve atraumatic extraction to minimize any post-op discomfort. 

How long it usually takes to pull out a tooth ?

It may take anywhere from 5 seconds to 30 minutes to extract a tooth in our office. Each tooth is different and different strategies shall be employed to make sure that each extraction procedure is as smooth as possible. For a super loose baby tooth, a finger touch may be all it takes, however, a bony impacted wisdom tooth will need significantly more effort.
